Since I'm willing to bet that everyone has at least one, who is everyone's favorite Rogue and why? By extension, lets include other Flash villains.

For me the top Rogues would have to be Len and Digger. But, I enjoyed reading about all the Rogues back in the day (that day being in the 1960's, of course - showing my age here...).

The Top, natch Golden Glider is my second-favourite, Rainbow Raider the third. Yeah, I know. Anyway, wow, I'm impressed that you've been reading since the '60s! I know one other person who read The Flash in the '60s and '70s, but she's more into Marvel now.

When I was a kid I bought comics at the local drug store instead of the local LCS (which didn't exist back then). I really got into the DC stories back then and have a big collection of 1960's DC (Flash, Atom, Green Lantern, Hawkman, JLA, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Teen Titans, Adventure, Batman, Superman, Action, Detective, Jimmy Olsen, Lois Lane....you get the idea). I've collected on and off ever since, taking a little time off here and there, but always coming back to DC more than Marvel (though I do have Iron Man #1 and some early Spidey and X-Men).
Even as a kid though, The Flash was a character I really loved a lot. He and GL Hal Jordan seemed more accessible to me for whatever reason than most of the rest of the characters. And, I really enjoyed the Rogues. The fact that they communicated more than other sets of villains did intrigued me. Their gadgets (now powers) were also amazing to me. I have a lot of favorite villains throughout comics, but no other group of bad guys interests me as much as the Rogues.

Dan DiDio told me he always made sure to pick up Rogues appearances in the '60s, he said he was quite fond of them. And though I hadn't mentioned the Top nor indicated who my favourite was, he said the Top was his favourite ;D I freaked out and fangirled at him, I don't run into fellow fans very often.

For all the rest that has been said about Dan DiDio, at least he has good taste in Rogues! That's cool to hear!

Honestly, I really like DiDio on a personal level. He gets a lot of flack and I don't like everything he does editorially (certainly I think the way he and the others have been handling the Wally situation is wrong-headed at best), but I think he's a pretty good guy.
A couple of days before I talked to him, I was taking photos of the giant Flash banner at the DC booth, and then realized a couple of people were politely waiting for me to finish before walking past. One of them was DiDio.

My favourite is Captain Cold, like Magneto(from the animated series at least) he's a bad guy that's not really evil, I don't think there could be a better leader for the rogues than him
I like the Pied Piper too but prefer him as a good guy, didn't like it when he rejoined the rogues! That reminds me I still need to read The comic where the original trickster was killed as I don't believe it was in a flash comic that it happened

NOT a BAD Guy mind you, but an outlaw. Everything he does is Robin Hood-esque. He's always working to help the under-priveledged the society cast-offs etc. and most of his helping includes stealing in one way or another. Of Course this Causes headaches for Flash since he likes Piper's motives but he's always having to go against him for the simple matter of Piper committing crimes to serve the greater good. Piper of course makes it even harder for Flash by actually being a major asset in fighting the other villains Flash goes up against.
