The Atom (Ray Palmer) vs. Hank Pym
Both have the power to shrink.
I think The Atom wins this one.

Why do you think The Atom would win? I don't know much about Hank Pym to give an opinion.

Ray can transfer all of his mass into a single punch. And I also believe he can shrink to a smaller level then Hank.
