basically I have most of the trades but it seems the omnibus has a few bit's that I don't like Our Worlds At War, Iron Heights and Secret Files 1, is it worth picking up the omnibus just for these and handing my Wonderland and Blood Will Run trades down to relatives or am I not missing anything important?

meh. I have all these in single issues and trades and Geoff's run really kinda dimmed my Flash fandom (I was drooling to get the next issue halfway out of the LCS door every month when Waid, Augustyn, and Morrison were writing it but Johns never really clicked with me. (At least, not on Flash)

I personally don't think it's worthwhile. I've got all the individual issues, and although he started off REALLY strong, he probably should've left after Blitz. Everything after issue 200 slowly went downhill, with Rogue War being a big disappointment.

I decided against it in the end, I'm not really missing much, I have the trades from Wonderland till Ignition then the individual comics from then untill the first end of the Wally issues shortly after Rogue War.

Rogue War was a HUGE disappointment for me, among my least favorite Flash stories now.
I get that Johns writes villains better than his heroes, but this felt weak and shallow. Zoom's ultimate triumph (with help from Thawne) is to simply make Wally see what he did to Linda over and over and over and over and over and over again?? That's rubbish.
While I do like the insights into Cold, Heat Wave, and such, I really don't see the need for seeing McCullough snorting drugs.
Overall, I felt like I wasted my money and my time.
