According to stories in several sources, Sony Entertainment is adding a new expansion pack for DC Universe Online that features The Flash and Kid Flash. Sorry, Kid Flash is Bart...though Sony's rep clearly would love to add Wally later on.
The do have Central City in the pack, including the Flash Museum, and several of the Rogues. To give more info I'm including two links here:
