I agree wholeheartedly with your review. The artwork is simply perfect for the story and tone of the title....Manapul & Buccellato are wonderful, and have spoiled me with their work on The Flash!!

The panel layouts in this issue were stunning, especially the last double-page spread of Manuel crying on the floor and his tears form the panel borders.

Still not sold on Barry's new mental capability, but apparently neither is he judging by what happened with his being shot in the head. Overthinking can be equally as dangerous so I thought that was a nice touch.
