Today's the first official day of Toy Fair 2012, and a Jay Garrick and Mirror Master were unveiled as part of the DC Universe Club (this is Mattel's subscription line, essentially the continuation of the DC Classics series). Great news if you subscribe to it...a bit of a problem if you don't. The only other way to get the figures is at the Mattel site on the day of release -- I've never done it, but am told it's a tricky competition. Other nifty news: the JLU line is briefly back from the dead after being cancelled a while back. One of the available figures is Vandal Savage. I like the Jay, Barry and Mirror Master figures a lot. The Young Justice version of Kid Flash looked better than the larger version, but I'm always glad to see Flash-related figures showing up...don't know if I'll be able to get them, but they are pretty cool. Thanks for the link!

Mirror Master will definitely be mine....if I can manage to get one from Mattel's site, that is. Otherwise the only way to get him will be via Ebay and conventions at a significant markup. I like that Jay and Atrocitus too, but they'll likely be too much of a headache to acquire.
At least Mattel's site sells to Canada now. They didn't for a long time.

I got my Jay action figure last Friday. It is pretty cool. The joints are tight, but not insanely tight to the point that I feel I'll break off the arm if I try to move it. I love the look on Jay's face and the fact that the helmet is tilted slightly.
My only complaint is that the top of the helmet is scratched up like crazy. I don't know if all are like this, or just mine. Likely a quality control issue. Surprisingly, it doesn't bother me as much as I figured something like that would. I guess it is because it isn't all that visible when he is displayed.

OK - I'm officially jealous. Glad you got the figure, especially since the signature collection Jay is officially sold out (be we'll see quite a few showing up for outrageous prices on eBay very soon).
