The sales results for April are in from Diamond, and The Flash fell a bit to #14 for the month. That was frankly to be expected due to AvX coming out from Marvel - Superman was #13 for the month, for example. Still, that's holding on to pretty strong sales for so many months in. DC didn't win the overall battle but did have 6 out of the top 10 issues for the month, and once AvX is over we'll have a better picture of where sales will wind up overall. Here's the link to the Diamond chart: www.diamondcomics.com/Home/1/1/3/597?articleID=121105What are your thoughts?

My guess is that as the summer goes on, The Flash will continue to decline as Avengers vs. X-Men continues and DC's Watchmen prequels launch. After all that is over, things will stabilize and Flash will move up.
I guess it is more important to see how many units are selling instead of where it ranks. If it maintains itself, then it'll still be seen as a strong book.

Considering the sales figures and not the ranking, The Flash is stilling going strong.....and is right around the numbers of the previous series, and the sales figures & ranking are still well above where the The Flash title historically has been.
