Thanks to Newsarama & Comic Book Resources for live coverage of the DC Entertainment All Access: DC NOW! Panel, which covered a wide range of topics from the New52. Near the very end of the panel, Brian Buccellato came up to the mike, with the following (from Newsarama's live feed):
Buccellato says Flash #0 will explore who Barry is, "and why he's the guy who always needs to do the right thing."
Buccellato: "And there is no Wally in this run at all, I'm sorry." Crowd boos.
Buccellato also implies that Flash might be teaming with the Rogues against Gorilla Grodd's army.

Buccellato then told the audience that he and Francis Manapul were not changing Barry Allen’s origins but will build up, “Side of Barry Allen you’ve never seen before.” Then 350 billion gorillas are going to attack Central City, so the odds are not in his favor,” Buccellato said about issue #13 as the audience laughed. The “Flash Annual” Rogues storyline will also tail into the gorilla invasion, Buccellato said. And there is no Wally in this run, I’m sorry,” Buccellato added as the audience groaned.
