I think The Titans have suffered even more of a mishandling than The Flash has in recent years. I was encouraged at first when I saw that Raven, Changeling, Cyborg, Nightwing, Red Arrow & The Flash were getting back together. When that didn't last I was left extremely disheartened/discouraged.
To restore at least some of Wally's presence in the DC Universe, why not restore the original nucleus of the Titans... Wally, Dick, Gar, Vic, Raven, & Donna? And now that Dick is rather busy being the Batman of Gotham City he probably doesn't have time to be the leader... So why not make Wally the new leader? The other option would be to have Red Robin/Tim Drake step in to replace Dick (but with Wally still as the new leader of the group).

Yeah, I was a fan of this idea. They need to keep Wally's story going, and he needs to grow as a character. Being a team leader is one way to do that outside of the main Flash book.

I think it'd be fun for that group to play mentor to the youngest generation of heroes (Irey, Damien, etc) in some weird Three Men And A Baby-esque team.

Cool idea but for Irey's mentor I'd rather see Jesse Quick as Johns kind of set the stage for that in Flash:ReBirth... Jesse taking Irey under her wing the way Max Mercury took Bart under his wing. Considering Dick Grayson & Damian Wayne already have that mentor/pupil dynamic in Batman & Robin. I wouldn't mind seeing Tim Drake mentoring Damian (and in the interests of consistency with Batman & Robin... Damian hating every minute he has to spend with Tim).
