I was very saddened to hear of the passing of one of the true giants of comics, Joe Kubert. There are very few people who have had such an influence on comics as a medium for so many years, from the golden age to a solicited series that was to come out soon from DC. Here's a link to the Newsarama story: www.newsarama.com/comics/joe-kubert-passes-away.htmlRIP Joe - we'll miss you!

Rest in peace. I'm glad he had such a long life, and was well-recognized (and loved) for what he did.

Here is an excellent article from Speedforce.org on Joe's association with The Flash over the years: speedforce.org/2012/08/joe-kubert/I had not realized until this article how far Joe Kubert's association had gone with all four characters who assumed the mantle of The Flash. Thanks to Speedforce for putting this together!
