Thanks to Newsarama for this preview... • The Green vs. The Grey! Who will decide the fate of this dying Earth: Green Lantern or Grundy? • Will the new wonders of Earth band together to form the first super team since the death of the Trinity? • Does super-genius Sloan really know what’s best for this world? Sounds like we are moving finally to the JSA...or maybe just Justice Society, if some recent interviews are accurate. Also, it is going to be most interesting to see what the e-2 "Mr Terrific" has up his sleeve. Here's the link to the FULL DC solicitations: www.newsarama.com/comics/dc-comics-november-2012-solicitations.htmlHere's the cover art:

The Team's starting to come together, NICE!!! I have to be honest, even though I'm a hardcore traditionalist regarding the JSA I'm really starting to like this new interpretation. besides, with any luck some future DC publisher will no doubt want to bring back the characters we knew and loved over the last 25 years and wipe away all this DCnU Silver Age/Saturday Morning Superfriends retro-crap regression..... damn! ranting again

I love this comment, and I really think that it is something that often gets forgotten with the whole New 52. Sure, they are doing things differently now, but in comics, everything comes back eventually. Or, more accurately, the older will become folded in with the newer. The best example I can point to is the post-Crisis Superman. A totally new take when introduced which met with lots of hesitation. Eventually, he won people over, then in the mid-2000s, they start to heavily bring back Silver/Bronze Age elements (which was met with some ire). In 20 years time, the Geoff Johns growing up today will be in charge of DC Comics, and bring back the post-Crisis elements the New 52 swept away. And, of course, audiences of the time will hate him for it!
