I agree with your review, things are definitely getting interesting and the plot is unfolding slowly yet completely!

Overall, terrific issue, fast-paced, lots of action and a Big Welcome Back to the Rogues!
But if I had one problem with this issue, it's with Barry and his inaction. If you think about it, he does very little here. For someone with super-speed (much less super-speed thought processes), all he manages here is to gawk over the Rogues whilst holding onto Elias (is he dead? Rather unclear on that point)
I know, the highlight was showing off the new Rogues, what they accomplished, and you can only fit so much into 22 pages, but I find it odd that Barry just sat there and took all this in. (Even if all he did was to rush Elias to the hospital and rush back to see the train disappear, it'd be better than just sitting idly bye.)
That's a minor nitpick though, this issue has me hyped up for next week's Annual which looks to showcase a major throw-down along with plenty of needed back-story.

Good review, I think Scott Kolins is brilliant so I was glad to see him back even though it was only for a few pages
