Hm, tough choice, but I'd have to go with Mark. Controlling the overall weather allows him ample ways to put out Mick's fire.

Hardest choice yet...but gonna go with The Weather Wizard. The power over weather is not something to be taken lightly, I also feel that his ability to fly would become an advantage.
