Thanks to Newsarama for the report on the Sunday WonderCon 2013 DC: All Access Panel. Here's a couple of nuggets concerning Bart:
This sounds great to me - I've been waiting ever since the New52 started to get more of the scoop on Bart's "past". And, it is more than high time that there was a Bart-centric story in Titans. This should be interesting!
- Scott Lobdell tells us that around issue #23 of Teen Titans, Bart will be "yanked back into the future where he's from, by the people who sent him into the Witness Protection Program." It's going to be up to the Titans to figure out how to get him back. "Whether or not he wants to come back is a whole different question."
- Sterling Gates says that in an upcoming issue of Vibe, guest-starring Kid Flash, will tell us more about Bart's origins.
