Enjoyed your review, very good.
I liked this issue, liked how it was immediately set up that world domination has never been the Rogues' goal. Their reaction to what's happened in Central City was good as well.
But as you mentioned, the best scenes were at the hospital, which shows what really matters to the Rogues beyond ruling the world. Also, one gets the impression that the Rogues are constantly underestimated or scoffed at by others, judging by Plastique and her group's reactions. The Rogues whooping them was fun to see.
My only nitpick is the change in art halfway through the issue. Slightly jarring but not too bad. Otherwise, a good issue. Looking forward to the next.
