*Sigh* Read this: herocomplex.latimes.com/2011/08/02/warner-green-lantern-2-will-be-edgier-flash-has-solid-script/Looks like The Flash has a "solid script". Keep in mind that this script, as 'solid' as it may be is written by the same people who wrote the Green Lantern script, one I assume they thought was solid as well. So, because it's being written by the same people who wrote the very suckish Green Lantern, I'm dreading the day this movie comes out. I don't want them to ruin my favorite superhero on the big screen. -_- Thoughts?

I actually enjoyed the Green Lantern movie and while it's far from a masterpiece I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as the critics claimed, I'm prepared to give the flash movie a chance

A lot will depend on casting. The rest will be whether they emphasize the action (hopefully). I'm hoping they get this one right.

hmmmmm my biggest concern is the soundtrack to be honest...After Twenty plus years I still haven't heard anything the beats the great job Danny Elfman did on the Main Title theme or that Shirley Walker did on the rest of the score (which has been available on CD for about a year or so!) The question is how will they play it? Will it be CSI meets Spandex or will it be something else entirely? Who's the lead villain? Flash has so many and while Reverse Flash has currently maintained the top spot he didn't come along til much Later (I'd be happy waiting Til a third Flash film to see him appear honestly!)

Hmm....
For the score, I'm thinking very fast paced music (Fastest Man Alive, Duh). Maybe electric guitar-heavy? Well not heavy, but interspersed.
