Two corrections:
1. While Jay Garrick's adventures were not considered having historically happened in Barrry Allen's initial years as the Flash they WERE Acknowledged through Barry's fandom of a Flash comics he read as a kid (The Flash, and All Flash comics mentioned in your video) It was while reading Jay's adventures that Barry Allen was struck by the lightning that gave him powers. drawing on his hero as inspiration Barry called himself The Flash. Later Barry would actually meet Jay by accidentally vibrating himself out of phase with the Silver Age DCU and Find himsself on what would be called Earth 2 (the Golden Age DCU with not only it's own Flash Green Lantern etc.. but also Superman Batman and Wonder Woman.) This universe would eventually Merge with the Silver Age DCU in the Crisis on Infinite Earths and the history would be streamlined to make the JSA the predecessors of the JLA
Shortly thereafter Jay and the other Golden Age heroes would be banished into a limbo-like dimension fighting demons constantly until freed by Waverider and various heroes during the Armageddon Inferno storyline. the JSA with Jay as a member would resume their heroic exploits.
Jay would also become an elder statesman among the various Speed Based Heroes up until Flashpoint occurred.

2. Bart Allen was NOT the Flash in Justice League of America.
Bart Allen had his own short run as the Flash in a Solo Book Flash The Fastest Man Alive.
By the End of this Run Bart was killed by the Rogues and his own twin Inertia. He was never given the chance to join any teams.
During the Events chronicled in the Justice League of America/Justice Society of America Crossover Storyline (The Lightning Saga) Wally West, His Wife Linda Park West and their children Iris West II and Jai West wre drawn back to the main DCU from the alternate dimension where Bart had been aged.

After Wally had learned what happened to part he caught the demented speedster and used his stealing speed trick to put Bart's evil twin into a state of psuedo-suspend animation. he then stuck the kid in Bart's section of the Flash Museum.

Wally WOULD then go on to rejoin the Justice League of America (This would be Wally's Fourth tenure in the League the First being Justice League Europe from 1989-1993 then the Post-Zero Hour segment of Justice League America (87-96), the Second Being the Grant Morrison JLA run (97-2006) and then the Run you mention in your video Justice League of America 92006-2011)

Bart would be resurrected and de-aged to his Kid Flash self and resume his association with the Teen Titans where he would remain until he was thrown into Limbo during the Flashpoint paradoxical effect. the Current Bart Allen IS NOT! the Kid Flash we all knew and loved prior to Flashpoint but an alien from another world AND another time.
