Like I've been saying since the birth of the New 52, Wally West will return eventually. Just have to be patient (something comic book fans are rarely known for). Well, Wally will return in The Flash Annual #3 to be released in April 2014 by new creative team of Robert Venditti, Van Jensen (writers) and Brett Booth (artist). www.usatoday.com/story/life/2014/01/13/the-flash-comic-book-series-tv/4357593/ Keep in mind, it doesn't mean he's going to be the Flash.

I'm not sure about the Blue/Black and White as that's more Max Mercury's color scheme and all Flashes look best in Red and gold but I'll hold off on judgement until i read the annual. As long as Wally is given respect and retains some of his old personality I'm supportive of this.

How do we know that's Wally on the cover though? Could be whatever wacky adventure Barry finds himself in.
Or Wally is the Black Flash.

Awful new team. Especially Brett Booth.

I don't know...I like Robert Venditti's work on X-O Manowar, and I do like Booth's artwork. Anyone remember that Wally proposed redesign he did when the New 52 was new? I'm going to be like I was when M&B were first named for Flash...I'm going to give them a chance.

I like the costume from the pic I've seen, reminds me of a cross between Superman Blue and Polux the blue flash from the tv series

Awful new team. Especially Brett Booth. I've enjoyed what Venditti has done in Green Lantern, and what I've seen of Booth's artwork seems okay...so I'm keeping an open mind.
