This Iris is buried at central City Cemetery (even though her spirit/essence call it what you will...is brought to the 30th century by her real parents Iris' body was buried in the 20th. her grave is seen in the Return of Barry Allen (Flash 3rd series #74) That body is susceptible to Black Ring re-animation
Iris II was the body of a young woman who had died with the soul of Iris Russell West-Allen (Yeesh what a long name There!!) who then lived on in the 30th century until her return with Bart just before Terminal Velocity. This Iris was de-aged to her mid-twenties upon Barry's return however as she is the soul of one who had "died" she's subject to possession by another Black lantern Ring ( just to differentiate Iris I could be the typical decayed corpse wearing the Batgirl costume she wore when she died and Iris II could be wearing her present day reporter gal work clothes in Black with the grey skin and blacked out eyes)
